BEST PRACTICES SUPPORTING WORKERS 50+

Expanded in 2018, the Workplace Excellence Seal of Approval award application now includes the opportunity for applicants to apply for a sub-recognition: Certificate of Recognition for Best Practices Supporting Workers 50+.  This recognition aims to celebrate employers who value experienced workers, foster an age-positive work culture, and excel in recruiting, training, engaging and retaining workers age 50+. Employers selected for this award excel particularly in hiring, training, supporting and retaining workers ages 50 and older.
